I recently had a fantastic stay at a town accommodation in this city. The hotel's location was one of its best features, as it was right in the heart of the city center. This meant that everything, including restaurants and shops, was within easy walking distance. It was so convenient to be able to explore the lovely little town and all its attractions, such as the castle and the railway museum. The hotel itself was very clean and had great facilities. The room I stayed in was spacious, with a pretty aesthetic and a warm and cosy atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They even went above and beyond by sacrificing one of their day passes to an event for me, ensuring that I had the opportunity to attend. my experience at this hotel was top-notch, and I would highly recommend it.
All was good.

The location was absolutely amazing for our event at the Listowel Arms. The room was warm and cozy with all the amenities we needed, including a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle. We had a comfortable night's sleep and would definitely return. Despite no breakfast on a Sunday, we found the Maid of Erin, the only place open that day, and had a jaw-droppingly great breakfast. The town itself was lovely with plenty to see and do, like the castle and the railway museum. The staff were friendly and the privacy and safety were top-notch. The communication ahead of our trip was excellent, and Liz, the host, went above and beyond to accommodate us and provide recommendations. The room on the 4th floor had an amazing shower pressure, a comfortable bed, and great towels. The check-in process was smooth and the cafe next door served superb food and coffee. Liz even had a bike rack for us to use, which was a bonus after having done the greenway. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Excellent communication ahead of trip; Liz is super lovely and went out of her way to accommodate us. The room on the 4th floor was perfect, and the shower had jaw-dropping pressure. Comfortable bed, great towels, and a flat-screen TV. The cafe serves delicious food and coffee, and has free parking. Liz even has a bike rack out the back for the Greenway! Had a magical Christmas in a picturesque little town. The castle and railway museum were fascinating and filled with knowledge. The location was perfect, offering plenty to see and do. The muesli was excellent and the scrambled eggs were delicious. I especially enjoyed the seeded brown bread.
The taste of the water in the coffee wasn't great. I was disappointed that breakfast was not included in the stay.
